About Our Oak Shelving

Our beautiful bespoke earthy oak shelves are designed and hand-crafted by our experts from our timber yard and workshop in Plumpton Green, Sussex, just a short drive from London or Brighton. Our stunning oak shelves are a perfect complimentary item to match alongside our earthy oak worktops, tables, kitchen islands, desks, and breakfast bars to make a unique bespoke set of matching furniture for your home or business.

We use stunning rustic full stave, wide stave slabs that we exclusively source from sustainable forests and woodlands across the UK. We then vacuum kiln dry the timber to ensure stability and maximum longevity. We hand-pick each our oak planks, considering its desired environment and purpose and for its natural features, such as the knots, cracks and striations. We then infuse these with our blend of epoxy resin to create stunning glassy details.

When buying our earthy oak shelving alongside our other solid wooden furniture, we can craft them to match. We can craft them with any of our edging styles such as our waney/ live edging for a more rural and rustic approach, or our straight/ square edging for a more modern contemporary feel. Alternatively, we can offer our mixed edging for a combination of both edging styles.

Like with all our beautiful and bespoke oak furniture, we can finish your oak shelving with either a clear transparent lacquer, or a colour enhancing oil. Our beautiful high-quality oak shelving is suitable for all types of environments whether it be a modern and contemporary apartment, or a rustic cottage styled home. We can also design and create your oak shelving for commercial premises too such as bars, pubs, restaurants, hotels and office spaces.

Please allow for at least one month for completion of our earthy oak shelving, this enables us to make sure that your bespoke oak furniture is finished to the highest possible standard.
