About Our Reclaimed Wooden Bar Tops

Our beautiful and bespoke modern and contemporary reclaimed wooden bar tops are designed and hand-crafted in-house by our timber experts from our timber yard and workshop in Plumpton Green, Sussex, just a short drive from London and Brighton. Our stunning and unique reclaimed wooden bar tops are crafted using offcuts and remnants of our stunning English hardwoods and infused together with epoxy resin to create a unique, quirky and artistic look to your home or business.

We exclusively source all our stunning English hardwoods from sustainable forests and woodlands across the UK and vacuum kiln dry them on-site to ensure maximum protection against warping and distortion as well as long lasting results. We adore our stunning natural imperfections and details of our full stave, wide stave slabs, such as the knots, striations and cracks. We then infuse these with epoxy resin to create beautiful glassy details full of earthy inspired character and charm. Our beautiful and unique reclaimed wooden bar tops are available with a variety of different edging styles and finishing options. For a more rural and rustic appeal, we can offer our waney/ live edging which follows the natural shape of the tree, or for a more modern and contemporary feel, we can offer our straight/ square edging. Alternatively, we can offer our mixed edging for a combination of both edging styles. We offer two main options for finishing your unique bar top, either a clear transparent lacquer which acts as a thick shield against damage and corrosion, or a colour enhancing oil that deeply penetrates the timber to create multiple layers of protection throughout.

Our stunning and unique quirky reclaimed bar tops are suitable for all environments whether it be for home use or for commercial use such as for restaurants, bars, coffee shops, hotels and office spaces. Our bar tops are also available to buy alongside our other solid wooden furniture, such as our reclaimed wooden shelving, tables, worktops and high stools and if bought together, we can craft them from the same tree to make a unique bespoke set of matching furniture for your home or business.

Each of our solid wooden projects takes around one month to complete. This ensures that each of our products is finished the highest possible quality giving you the benefit of knowing that your unique bar top is within capable hands. Once your bar top is complete, it will then be ready for dedicated delivery, or alternatively for collection from our workshop.
