We design and hand-craft our stunning wild walnut river table tops using our vacuum kiln dried earthy English walnut slabs that we source from National Trust, Forestry Commission and private across the UK. We then kiln dry them on-site to ensure maximum protection against disfigurement and to ensure longevity. Our stunning wild walnut river tables are constructed using live edge walnut slabs set apart, and centrally or asymmetrically infused with epoxy resin to create the iconic beautiful river effect. We hand pick each of our solid wood slabs for their natural features such their markings, grains, knots, striations and cracks, which we then infuse with epoxy resin to create stunning glassy details giving the effect of frozen nature. Our stunning river walnut table tops are available with a variety of different edging styles. We can offer our unique live or waney edging which follows the natural shape of the tree for a more rural and rustic appeal, or our straight/ square edging for a more modern and contemporary approach. Alternatively, for a combination of both edging types, we can offer our mixed edging which incorporates elements of both edging styles. Whether your desired environment is a modern and contemporary apartment in the city, or a rural and rustic home in the countryside, our stunning walnut river table tops are guaranteed to suit all environments. With the right finishing our English walnut table tops are suitable for commercial spaces too such as bars, pubs, restaurants, hotels, coffee shops and office spaces.

We offer two main varieties of finishing. Either our clear transparent lacquer which works to protect your solid wooden surfaces by creating a thick layer over the top and maintains the original earthy tones and textures. Alternatively, we can offer our oil-based finishing which penetrates the timber to create multiple layers of protection throughout. Our oil based finishing also enhances the natural tones and textures to create stunning autumnal colourations of deep oranges and golds.

Each stunning walnut river dining table takes around one month to complete. This is because we provide a service like no other in that our tables are completely bespoke. This time frame ensures that all our tables are finished to the highest possible standard. Once your unique bespoke table top is complete, we will contact you and either deliver to you or let you collect from our workshop via appointment.
