Our beautiful and bespoke earthy oak breakfast bars are designed and hand-crafted in-house from our timber yard and workshop in Plumpton Green, Sussex, just a short drive from London and Brighton. Our stunning and unique oak river breakfast bars are distinctive and unique and are guaranteed to add interest with a strong sense of natural beauty to your home or business guaranteeing the ‘wow factor’.

We exclusively use beautiful, earthy, live edge oak slabs that we source from sustainable forests and woodlands across the UK. We then vacuum kiln dry the timber in-house ensuring our stunning full stave, wide stave planks are guaranteed long lasting beauty and protection against warping and distortion.

We hand-pick each plank for its natural imperfections, such as its cracks, markings, knots and striations. We then infuse these with epoxy resin to create stunning glassy details full of character and charm. Our unique oak river breakfast bars are constructed using live edge oak planks, set apart and subtly infilled with epoxy resin to create the unique river effect running through the centre or asymmetrically for desired effect. Our unique wood breakfast bars are available with a variety of different edging styles. We can offer our straight/ square edging for a more modern contemporary feel, or our live/ waney edging for a more rural/ rustic appeal. Alternatively, we can offer our mixed edging for a combination of both edging styles.

Whether your project is for a modern and contemporary home or office space or a rural rustic styles pub, restaurant, hotel or coffee shop, our stunning and unique breakfast bars are designed and tailor to suit all environments alike. We also offer a variety of other products such as our earthy oak worktops, shelving, kitchen islands and high stools which when bought together, can be crafted from the same tree to make a unique bespoke set of matching furniture for your home or business.

Our live edge wood breakfast bars are finished with two main options, either a colour enhancing oil which penetrates the timber to create multiple layers of protection throughout, or our transparent lacquer which acts more as a thick barrier against damage and corrosion. Using our lacquer is a better option for those seeking to maintain the earthy textures and tones. Our high end waterproof finish is available on request at an additional cost.

Generally, we estimate that each of our stunning wooden breakfast bars will take around 1 month to complete. This is because each of breakfast bars are hand-crafted completely from scratch. This time frame ensures that our solid wooden furniture is crafted to the highest quality. Once your product is complete, we will let you know and either deliver to you via our dedicated delivery service or you may collect from our workshop via appointment.
