Our beautiful and bespoke wild walnut river coffee tables are designed and hand-crafted in-house from our timber yard and workshop in Plumpton Green, Sussex, just a short drive from London or Brighton. We craft our bespoke walnut river coffee tables using our stunning range of full stave, wide stave slabs that we exclusively source from sustainable forests and woodlands across the UK, we then vacuum kiln dry them on-site to ensure maximum stability and promises to last for decades to come. We adore the natural imperfections of our timber planks, such as the knots, cracks and striations, we hand pick each unique plank looking for the most beautiful planks and delicately infuse these imperfections with epoxy resin to create stunning glassy details. To create the iconic river effect, we use two live edged slabs set apart and centrally infuse the middle with epoxy resin. Our wild walnut coffee tables are available with a variety of different edging styles each with their own stylistic properties. For a more modern and contemporary look, we an offer the traditional straight or square edging style or for a more unique appeal, we can offer our live or waney edging. Alternatively, we can offer our mixed edging for a combination of both edging styles.

We always encourage all our customers to buy our solid wooden furniture with our own table legs, this is because unlike many on the market, our table legs are individually calibrated to support the approximate weight and height of our coffee tables. Our legs are available in a variety of different sizes such as trapezium, T shaped, II shaped or U shaped. We also offer our legs in a variety of different materials such as matching wood, stainless steel, brushed steel and acrylic Perspex.

With the right finishing, we can craft your solid wooden coffee table for bars, pubs, restaurants and coffee shops. We offer two main options for finishing, either a clear transparent lacquer which acts as a thick shield against damage and corrosion, or our water-based oil finishing which rather than shields, penetrates the timber to create multiple protective layers throughout. Our oil finishing also enhances the natural colourings to create stunning deep autumnal tones.
