Our beautiful and bespoke earthy oak coffee tables with river effect are designed and hand-crated in-house by our timber experts in Plumpton Green, Sussex, just a short drive from London or Brighton. Our unique and interesting oak river coffee tables are guaranteed to add a strong sense of outdoor with their stunning grains and warm rich autumnal tones.

We craft our stunning oak river coffee tables using our high-quality full stave, wide stave slabs that we source from sustainable forests and woodlands across the UK. We then vacuum kiln dry the timber on-site to ensure maximum stability and protection against warping and disfigurement. We hand pick each of our solid wooden slabs for their unique natural imperfections, such as the knots, cracks and striations. We then infuse these with our own blend of epoxy resin to create stunning glassy details guaranteeing to add interest to your desired environment. We then set the slabs apart and centrally infuse the middle with epoxy resin to create the iconic river effect. We provide three different edging styles for you to choose from, either our live or waney edging, which creates a more rural and rustic appeal following  the natural shape of the tree. Or alternatively, we can offer our straight or square edging for a more modern and contemporary feel. Alternatively, we can incorporate both edging styles known as our mixed edging.

Our bespoke oak river coffee tables are available with several different leg styles in a multitude of different materials. We strongly advise that out customers use our own table legs, this is because unlike many on the market, our table legs are individually calibrated to support the weight and size of your oak coffee table. Our legs are available in brushed steel, aged steel, stainless steel or matching wood.

Whether your desire a bespoke wooden coffee table fo your home or business, with the right finishing we can craft our coffee tables to suit any environment, including, bars, pubs, coffee shops, hotels and office spaces. We provide two main finishing options for you to choose from. Either a transparent lacquer which works to protect your surface by providing a thick barrier against damage or corrosion, or a colour enhancing oil which penetrates the timber to create multiple layers of protection throughout. We can also craft our stunning solid oak coffee tables along side our other oak furniture, including our tables, breakfast bars, shelving, kitchen islands, worktops and windowsills. When multiples of our solid oak furniture are bought together, we can craft them from the same tree to make a unique bespoke set of matching furniture.

Our oak river coffee tables take around one month to complete, this is because our service is completely bespoke. We do everything under one roof from getting commissioned to loading the delivery van. We can then either deliver to you ourselves or set an appointment for you to come collect from our Sussex timber yard and workshop.
